Practising yoga is not only for the body and mind, but also for the spirit. Today, on the 21st of June, even as we celebrate International Yoga Day, Mysore is on its way to set a Guinness World Record with nearly 60,000 people gathering and performing asanas for 42 minutes.
Yoga has helped me in a lot of ways. It has helped me stay healthy and beat stress. I would recommend everyone to practice yoga and stay happy with a healthy life.
